The Tulsi plant has a very high status in Ayurvedic teachings. Tulsi herb is said to strengthen the Pitta dosha and also soothe the Vata and Kapha doshas in order to achieve a harmonious Ayurvedic balance. In this creation, we have supplemented the holy basil with other spices from Ayurvedic cuisine, such as cinnamon, ginger and cardamom, in order to further reduce Vata and Kapha. The task of the fennel here is to harmonize all three doshas with one another. Sweet, mildly spicy and at the same time slightly fresh in taste, this mixture also brings body, mind and soul into harmony.
