Our organic matcha comes from purely organic cultivation in the Wazuka region of southern Japan. Made from tencha leaves, this tea is said to possess many exceptional properties due to its valuable ingredients. The taste of matcha is complex and seductive, with a subtle spiciness at the beginning and a lingering sweetness on the finish. The amino acids it contains give this tea its unique, full-bodied umami flavor.
