Enjoyed by shortbread lovers for decades, Walker's Shortbread Highlanders are unique to Walker's. The exclusive recipe that includes creamy butter, finest flour, sugar and salt, and hand-rolling the crust in crispy Demerara sugar. Still made today using Joseph Walker's recipe from 1898. Nine rounds are packaged in a foil tray in a deluxe box.
