---
An organic Matcha made from Tencha leaves in Japan’s Shizuoka region. It offers a complex flavor profile combining the characteristic umami taste with a touch of sweetness and a slightly tart note. Ideal for traditional enjoyment on its own or as an ingredient in baking and cooking recipes. Content: 30 g
Step-by-step preparation
Let the water cool: Boil the water and allow it to cool to approximately 70°C–80°C (wait about 5–10 minutes with the kettle lid open).
Sift the powder (optional but recommended): Sift 1 to 2 bamboo scoops of matcha powder through a fine sieve directly into the bowl. This prevents clumps and ensures a finer foam.
Add water: Pour approximately 70–80 ml of the cooled water over the powder.
Whisking & frothing:
Take the bamboo whisk and move it briskly using your wrist in an "M" or "W" motion (do not stir in a circular motion!).
After about 15–30 seconds, a fine-textured, jade-green foam will form.
Enjoy: Carefully lift the whisk out and drink the matcha immediately while fresh.

What is clotted cream?
Clotted cream is a thick, rich cream made from unhomogenized cow's milk; it is heated in shallow pans and allowed to cool slowly until the characteristic "clots" form.
It traditionally originates from Devon and Cornwall and has a minimum fat content of 55%.
It is classically served with scones and jam as part of a British cream tea.
Cornish Clotted Cream is a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) for cream produced in Cornwall using the traditional method.
