Additional Information:
Wilkin & Sons has been one of the most traditional and oldest jam manufacturers in England since 1885 and is known far beyond the borders of the island. The company has been in the hands of the founding family for generations and this is probably also the reason for the special quality. As Arthur Charles Wilkin liked it, a large part of the fruit is still grown directly in Tipptree / County of Essex, because this is the only way to influence the cultivation quality of the fruit. It is therefore no wonder that jams and fruit spreads from WILKIN & SONS taste particularly delicious and intensive and have gained a worldwide reputation. Today, Wilkin & Sons marmalades are primarily found on the breakfast buffets of fine luxury hotels around the world. The company is world-renowned for the LITTLE SCARLETT variety, a highly aromatic jam made from a difficult-to-grow strawberry. Even picking the strawberries is an art in itself, because they are tiny and cause great effort in cultivation and harvesting. However, the aroma of the jam makes up for everything and shows why WILKIN & SONS from Great Britain is the cradle of the best jams.
